What you will do

• Define and evolve the visual identity, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across all brand touchpoints.
• Create high-quality design work for web, campaigns, digital experiences, print materials, and marketing assets.
• Develop campaign concepts from initial ideas through final execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build adaptable design systems and toolkits to enable efficient and consistent content creation.
• Produce business materials including presentations, diagrams, and event assets.
• Strategically use AI-powered creative tools to improve workflows while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of progressive design experience in fast-moving creative environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 360° brand work across campaigns and digital platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience implementing websites using Framer or Webflow.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Web3, stablecoins, cryptocurrency, or emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and design compliance requirements.
• Experience in both agency and in-house environments.
