What you will do

• Develop and enforce a comprehensive brand guidelines system to ensure alignment across all departments and external partners.
• Produce high-impact marketing collateral, including static, motion, and video assets tailored for a Web3-native audience.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design intuitive and visually compelling UI for decentralized applications and analytics dashboards.
• Design gamified experiences, competition assets, and interactive social media content to drive ecosystem engagement.

Requirements

• Strong mastery of typography, color theory, and layout fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) to expedite ideation and enhance production.
• Expertise in the full video production pipeline, from storyboarding and editing to motion graphics and sound design.
