Salary: $170,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Head of Design to define creative direction for major product launches.
• Develop scalable visual systems for campaigns across web, email, paid media, and social.
• Design high-converting landing pages in partnership with developers.
• Create static and animated advertising concepts that balance creativity with performance goals.
• Storyboard visual narratives for motion-based content and demos.
• Extend and evolve the brand system through real-world campaign execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing marketing campaigns for digital products or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end campaign thinking and visual storytelling.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into approachable visual narratives.
• Experience collaborating with developers and growth marketing teams.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the US.

Nice to have

• Experience working on AI products or developer tools.
• Illustration or accent illustration skills.
• Familiarity with motion design workflows.
• Background in performance-driven marketing creative.
