What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers (backend, web, mobile), Engineering Managers, and TPMs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of passive technical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
• Collaborate with recruiting peers to optimize interview activity and improve hiring efficiency.
• Iterate on talent pipelines and processes specifically for Portfolio Engineering.
• Utilize Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported tools to track candidates and organize workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within technical domains.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using advanced research tools.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (e.g., Gem).
• Experience or strong interest in using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
