What you will do

• Lead technical engagements for strategic enterprise customers to align hirify.global solutions with their AI and cloud analytics strategies.
• Design and deliver impactful demos and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) showcasing value in cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Advise customers on best practices for AI-driven data automation, cloud cost optimization, and scalable analytics workflows.
• Stay current on industry trends, including AI, cloud-native architectures, and data governance/security best practices.
• Mentor junior team members to improve their platform knowledge and client-facing sales engineering skills.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• 6+ years of pre-sales or consulting experience, with at least 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or data science.
• Hands-on experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Deep knowledge of ETL processes, AI/ML workflows, and automation within cloud environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as required.

Nice to have

• Certifications in major public cloud platforms, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or Apache Spark.
• Previous experience using hirify.global or similar data analytics tools.
