TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based out of Ann Arbor, MI

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead integration testing across the autonomy stack, owning the end-to-end integration process and software deliveries.
  • Maintain the integration branch, managing merge requests and enforcing branch hygiene in a large codebase.
  • Design and implement automated test pipelines and CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Execute simulation-based testing campaigns and conduct real-world on-vehicle validation.
  • Develop performance metrics and KPIs to report on overall system health.
  • Collaborate with perception, planning, and controls teams to align subsystem interfaces and manage risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related mathematical/engineering field.
  • 3–5 years of industry experience working on real-world autonomous vehicle or robotic systems.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks.
  • Expertise in Linux environments and git-based development workflows.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Ann Arbor, MI.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Robotics, CS, or Electrical and Computer Engineering.
  • Experience with AV simulation platforms such as CARLA, Gazebo, or Simian.
  • Familiarity with behavior planning, prediction, perception, or controls subsystems.
  • Background in ADAS development or safety-critical software validation.
