Salary: $125,000 – $163,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop automated test sequences for complex electro-mechanical sub-assemblies using Python and NI Test Stand.
• Create efficient processes and tools to track, analyze, and report test results and regression trends.
• Diagnose and isolate test failures on the manufacturing line in collaboration with hardware and software developers.
• Validate core robot functionality, including locomotion, perception, manipulation, and decision-making.
• Establish quality gates and best practices for continuous validation and software quality assurance.
• Generate detailed technical reports and maintain comprehensive test software documentation.

Requirements

• MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or Mechatronics with 5+ years of experience, or BS with 8+ years of industry experience.
• Must be based in or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong experience in software development, validation, and debugging for manufacturing test processes.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex robotic systems, including embedded software, perception, and controls.
• Proficiency in Python for testing, automation, and log processing.

Nice to have

• Experience working with robot simulation environments such as MuJoCo, Gazebo, or Isaac Sim.
