Partner Experience Manager (AgTech)

hirify.global is a digital agriculture technology company providing a platform for crop input purchasing and manufacturer partner programs.

What you will do

• Manage high-volume onboarding for ag retailers, including account setup, credentials, and staff training.
• Refine the onboarding playbook and document repeatable processes to scale network rollouts.
• Develop educational infrastructure such as help center articles and hirify.global Academy courses.
• Train manufacturer field teams and agronomists to champion platform adoption with retailers.
• Resolve retailer support requests via Zendesk and escalate technical issues to Product or Engineering.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to automate communications and scale onboarding workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in structured, high-volume onboarding or implementation work.
• Ability to translate complex platform mechanics for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and summarization.
• Strong communication skills for building trust with partners who have no prior relationship with the company.
• Adaptability to define and rebuild processes in a "build-as-we-go" environment.
