Financial Analyst, Corporate Development (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Salary: $68,600–$102,800 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Review and refine financial analyses supporting client optimization, negotiations, and business decisions.
• Partner with leadership, business development, and operations teams on client needs and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate financial insights, business impact, and recommendations to executives and internal stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning, monthly reporting, client performance monitoring, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Develop leadership presentations and detailed financial reports using advanced Excel skills to analyze complex data.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong financial reporting, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including data mining and financial modeling.
• Experience working with complex raw data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, organization, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
