Senior Corporate Development Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: 100% remote within the United States, with up to 10% travel for onsite or team meetings.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze industry trends, competitor information, and acquisitions in related healthcare industries.
• Evaluate and monitor potential acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Build financial projections and perform valuation analyses, including DCF and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Manage merger and acquisition due diligence and document resulting conclusions.
• Develop summary materials for Board-level review.
• Communicate with internal and external professionals and support Corporate Development Group deliverables, reporting, recruiting, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in corporate development, investment banking, finance, or accounting, with a healthcare focus.
• Knowledge of corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, and valuations in a healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience leveraging large language models and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
