What you will do

• Provide lead finance and accounting support for potential acquisitions and major corporate initiatives.
• Review data room materials to identify financial risks, accounting irregularities, and reporting impacts.
• Develop and pressure-test complex financial models for strategic decision-making and acquisition analysis.
• Apply US GAAP to complex audit and reporting matters where formal guidance or precedent may be limited.
• Advise leadership on high-stakes technical financial issues and collaborate with financial reporting and accounting groups.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff while promoting financial rigor across the department.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Active CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial designation is required.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
• Expert ability to build and manipulate complex financial models.
• Expert understanding of US GAAP and statutory accounting practices.
• Strong executive-level communication and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.

• Corporate development or high-stakes audit experience.
• Experience influencing C-suite decision-makers.
