What you will do

• Lead finance and accounting support for potential acquisitions and major corporate initiatives.
• Develop and pressure-test sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Advise on complex audit and reporting matters, applying US GAAP to ambiguous scenarios.
• Review complex data room materials to identify financial risks and accounting irregularities.
• Supervise, train, and provide guidance to junior staff members.
• Partner with financial reporting and accounting groups to conduct deep-dive analyses on special projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Active CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial designation is strictly required.
• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
• Expert understanding of US GAAP and statutory accounting practices.
• Proven ability to build and manipulate complex financial models.
