Senior Manager, Global Corporate Development (Media & Entertainment)

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, investments, M&A, and new business development.
• Lead or support deal processes from sourcing through execution and participate in due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Build detailed financial and valuation models to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders on market insights, strategy, and M&A activity.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations explaining deal rationale and recommendations.
• Develop relationships with industry leaders, startups, and investors while supporting strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience driving M&A deals to completion.
• Strong knowledge of or interest in the U.S. media and entertainment landscape.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including complex financial models and executive-ready presentations.
• Excellent English communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; ability to work across different cultures and time zones.

Nice to have

• Professional working fluency in spoken and written Korean or Japanese.
• MBA, international experience, or experience at a major entertainment company.
