What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities including M&A and business development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to gather market insights and align on strategic priorities.
• Lead the full deal lifecycle from initial sourcing through execution and due diligence.
• Construct detailed financial and valuation models to support investment decisions.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations articulating deal rationales and strategic impact.
• Support post-merger integration and cultivate relationships with industry leaders and investors.

Requirements

• 7+ years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentation building.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. media and entertainment landscape.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• BA degree or equivalent professional experience.

• MBA degree or international work experience.
• Professional fluency in Korean or Japanese.
