What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build targeted prospect lists for sports, media, publishers, and creators.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by analyzing their challenges and commercial potential.
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for the Business Development Manager and commercial team.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene using HubSpot.
  • Refine messaging and prospecting campaigns based on performance data.

Requirements

  • Early experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging outreach.
  • Resilience and a self-starting mindset for high-volume outbound environments.
  • Location: Must be based in London, UK to collaborate closely with the commercial team.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sports, media, ad-tech, sponsorship, or the creator economy.
  • Knowledge of brand partnerships, media rights, and sponsorship models.
  • Understanding of digital audience behavior and creator-led distribution.
  • Familiarity with media performance metrics such as CPM and ROI.
