TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving business growth through proactive outreach to prospective clients with an accent on lead qualification and appointment setting for the field sales team. Focus on managing a book of accounts, executing high-volume daily outreach, and collaborating with Account Executives to expand the global supplier compliance community.

Location: Must be based in Maidenhead, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Generate interest through cold calling, email, and social outreach to prospective customers.
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives to support Mid-Market and Enterprise teams.
  • Manage a personal book of accounts and develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Utilize tools including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Gong to track activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management to improve SDR role efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to share and implement sales best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from the Maidenhead office 3 days per week.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of resilience and a strong work ethic.
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to implement feedback.
  • Ability to meet daily activity targets and a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per month.
