Location: Must be based in Maidenhead, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do
- Generate interest through cold calling, email, and social outreach to prospective customers.
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives to support Mid-Market and Enterprise teams.
- Manage a personal book of accounts and develop effective outreach strategies.
- Utilize tools including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Gong to track activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to management to improve SDR role efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to share and implement sales best practices.
Requirements
- Must be able to work from the Maidenhead office 3 days per week.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of resilience and a strong work ethic.
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to implement feedback.
- Ability to meet daily activity targets and a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per month.
