Location: Irvine, CA or Los Angeles, CA, US (hybrid or flexible options after first 90 days at manager discretion)
Salary: $193,787 - $329,429 annually

What you will do
- Establish and maintain client relationships while developing new business in Southern California water market
- Lead business growth, capture market share, and provide full project responsibility for EPC services
- Oversee project execution including engineering, budgeting, invoicing, and performance reviews
- Manage teams, mentor staff, and support market strategies and client engagement
- Interact with clients and promote company through community activities
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in US (no visa sponsorship or relocation)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in business development, project management, and EPC in water/wastewater
- Ability to travel to client sites and use video conferencing
- Pass pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and motor vehicle records
Nice to have
- 15+ years water/wastewater experience with leadership in Southern California
- Professional Engineering License and Bachelor’s in technical discipline
- Understanding of budgets, financial metrics, and contract negotiation
