What you will do
- Develop and implement global key account development plans to match client needs with capabilities.
- Act as the primary liaison for client management teams at Director and VP levels.
- Identify and secure new revenue opportunities through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Manage the implementation of complex, client-specific projects on a global scale.
- Coordinate with global technical teams to ensure optimal execution and technical support.
- Mitigate risks and resolve client complaints through proactive escalation and remediation processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles within solution-based environments.
- Proven hunter sales background with success in new business acquisition and long-term relationship management.
- Experience negotiating Global Master Agreements or Global Frame Agreements.
- Ability to lead global business development strategies and coordinate across international regions.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
- Established professional network within retailers or consumer brands in Europe is preferred.
