Location: Hybrid role based in Brussels, Belgium.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement global key account development plans to match client needs with hirify.global capabilities.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client management teams at Director and VP levels.
  • Identify and secure new revenue opportunities through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Manage the implementation of complex, client-specific projects on a global scale.
  • Coordinate with global technical teams to ensure optimal execution and technical support.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve client complaints through proactive escalation and remediation processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles within solution-based environments.
  • Proven hunter sales background with success in new business acquisition and long-term relationship management.
  • Experience negotiating Global Master Agreements or Global Frame Agreements.
  • Ability to lead global business development strategies and coordinate across international regions.
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
  • Established professional network within retailers or consumer brands in Europe is preferred.
