TL;DR

Global Accounts & Business Development Analyst (Sales): Supporting EMEA commercial growth through account performance management and strategic initiatives with an accent on business development and strategic account management. Focus on executing commercial growth agendas and rotating across various business units and EMEA locations to develop leadership skills.

Location: Olen, Belgium. Must be willing to relocate temporarily (at least 12 months) and rotate internationally within Europe.

What you will do

  • Support the acceleration of hirify.global’s EMEA commercial growth agenda.
  • Contribute to Global Account performance management and Business Development execution.
  • Manage strategic commercial initiatives, including End Customer Programs and Mega Project governance.
  • Complete rotational assignments across different brands, technologies, and EMEA locations.
  • Collaborate with other program participants in hands-on learning and leadership development.
  • Work closely with an experienced leader for individual coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Technical Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Leadership potential with an ambition to grow into a sales management career.
  • Initial work experience: at least two relevant internships or a maximum of one year of professional experience.
  • English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
  • Mobility: Ability and willingness to relocate and rotate within Europe.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Dutch or German.
