What you will do

• Cultivate and grow long-term relationships with key client executives and stakeholders.
• Monitor account health and lead quarterly strategy reviews to ensure client success.
• Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities through a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with global operations teams to address escalations and meet client performance metrics.
• Lead client onboarding processes and define standard operating procedures.
• Mentor and coach fellow account managers to support team development and client needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, sales, or account management.
• Fluency in Flemish (or Dutch), French, and English is required.
• Proven track record in cross-selling and growing customer accounts.
• Strong business acumen and structured, process-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-centric, fast-paced environment.
• Deep attention to detail and experience managing client financial health and metrics.
