What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors in the BELUX region.
- Develop and execute strategic and operational channel strategies, including annual terms, promotional calendars, and range reviews.
- Manage the commercial BELUX P&L, including revenue, trade, margins, and payment terms.
- Define the in-store activation strategy and manage third-party field agencies to execute store operations.
- Monitor Belgian market trends and collaborate with internal supply chain, finance, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in FMCG with deep exposure to the Belgian market.
- Proven expertise across both account management and trade marketing.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience building pricing or tariff structures.
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
- Based in Berlin with the flexibility for regular travel.
