What you will do

• Lead the PyMe Origination Core team, managing delivery and prioritizing features for B2B onboarding and KYC orchestration.
• Balance responsibilities between people management (70%) and hands-on technical work (30%).
• Mentor and coach 5-8 engineers, focusing on professional growth and maintaining a healthy, non-burnout culture.
• Shape the architecture, design, and implementation of backend services developed in Golang.
• Collaborate with product teams and mobile squads to ensure seamless integration and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing small engineering teams (5-8 people) in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years of professional development experience as a Go developer.
• Strong technical background enabling participation in architectural discussions and code validation.
• Proven track record in hiring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in fintech is highly preferred.
