What you will do
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing customers in the Benelux region.
- Identify growth opportunities and advise customers on relevant modules, payment solutions, and platform upgrades.
- Lead renewal, upsell, and cross-sell negotiations to maximize long-term customer value.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on specific customer needs and ambitions.
- Manage your pipeline and track performance using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to support retention and minimize churn.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or account management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Understanding of the health and fitness industry.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid: requirement to be in the Amsterdam office approximately 2 days per week).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.

Hiring process

- First interview with the Sales Director Benelux.
