TL;DR
Strategic Account Manager (HRTech): Managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts in the Benelux region with an accent on driving expansion through upsell and cross-sell. Location: Hybrid; Must be based in or be able to work from the Amsterdam office
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 per year

What you will do
- Own and expand a portfolio of strategic high-value accounts across the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive upsell, cross-sell, and platform upgrades.
- Build 360° account views and execute multi-quarter strategic plans for top-tier customers.
- Generate and manage a self-sourced pipeline of expansion opportunities.
- Conduct impact-driven discovery and negotiations with senior stakeholders up to director level.
- Partner with Customer Experience and Revenue Operations to ensure account health and readiness for expansion.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1+) and English proficiency.
- Proven commercial experience in a SaaS/tech environment, specifically in account management or expansion.
- Strong track record of independently building and closing a complex pipeline.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder negotiations at the director level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to build business cases.
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management and CRM hygiene (HubSpot).
