What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with merchants, acquiring partners, and payment providers in the APAC region.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the commercial pipeline from initial outreach through partnership launch.
• Leverage AI ecosystem knowledge to identify and build commercial partnerships within the AI market.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to establish hirify.global's position in the market.
• Collaborate with the wider business to ensure alignment with the organization's commercial growth strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development within fintech, or 5+ years in payments or banking.
• Strong expertise in payment acquiring, merchant accounts, banking, and APMs.
• Demonstrated experience building partnerships and launching payment channels across the APAC region.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
