What you will do

• Define and lead the LPM partnership strategy for APAC, covering Greater China, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
• Own and grow strategic relationships with key financial institutions and payment partners to ensure commercial success.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to maintain leadership in the global payments sector.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners for local payment methods, schemes, and bank transfer solutions.
• Manage operational escalations related to merchant onboarding, compliance, and transaction stability.
• Act as an industry thought leader, representing the company at partner meetings and industry forums.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with eWallets, BNPLs, PSPs, financial institutions, or payment networks.
• Strong understanding of compliance and onboarding processes for global and regional LPMs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
• International experience managing cross-border relationships across multiple markets.
• Proven track record in technology-led businesses within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

• Proven experience working in a startup environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
• Direct working experience with Asian Local Payment Providers.
