What you will do

• Recruit, qualify, and onboard new channel partners to generate client referrals.
• Educate partners on the product suite and activate them to increase overall referral activities.
• Devise initiatives and incentives to drive scalable growth across different groups of partners.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks and objections to obtain buy-ins from partners and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including strategy, operations, and finance to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partnership, marketing, or business development.
• English and Cantonese proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong relationship building skills and an existing network of channel partnership contacts.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development.
• Experience in sales or working within a fast-growing tech startup.
• Proficiency in Chinese.
