What you will do
- Independently generate a qualified enterprise pipeline across asset managers, banks, and institutional real estate stakeholders.
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from initial discovery and tailored demos to procurement and closing.
- Develop bespoke commercial cases highlighting CapEx efficiency, NAV/IRR impact, and stranded-asset risks.
- Own the account transition to delivery, ensuring clear success criteria and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Provide market insights to the GTM and Product teams to refine pricing, messaging, and product priorities.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, top-tier consulting, or institutional real estate.
- Must have UK work authorisation and be able to work in London on a hybrid basis.
- Proven track record of generating enterprise pipeline independently without relying on inbound leads.
- Experience navigating complex buying committees and conducting senior-level commercial conversations.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to diagnose non-standard business problems.
- English: C1+ required (strong written and spoken).

- Background in real estate finance, sustainability, or CapEx planning.
- Experience working in early-stage startups or scale-ups.
