What you will do

  • Own and deliver the annual recurring revenue (ARR) target and manage sales plans across enterprise and commercial segments.
  • Define and execute a multi-segment sales strategy across enterprise, mid-market, and channel partners to maximize market penetration.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class sales team including Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Engineers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation and ABM efforts to ensure pipeline coverage ratios are met.
  • Develop and scale a channel and technology partner ecosystem through GSI relationships.
  • Optimize the sales tech stack and implement best-in-class CRM hygiene and forecasting processes in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Extensive B2B software sales experience at a high-growth SaaS or infrastructure company.
  • Proven track record in VP-level sales leadership roles, consistently exceeding quotas in technical enterprise markets.
  • Experience selling to data engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure personas with average deal sizes of $250K+ ACV.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, pipeline management, and data-driven forecasting.
  • Knowledge of the modern data stack ecosystem (Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka).
  • Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
