What you will do

• Lead a team of Business Analysts to execute the firm's highest priority strategic initiatives across Investment, Operating, and Management platforms.
• Establish the operating model, processes, and standards to elevate business analysis and project delivery.
• Act as the principal program lead for complex, high-impact portfolios spanning the Front, Middle, and Back Office.
• Partner with the COO and CTO to translate firm-level objectives into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and success metrics.
• Drive executive-level transparency through compelling analysis, weekly program reviews, and risk mitigation planning.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, establishing clear career paths and a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in New York City.
• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale strategic programs within financial services or management consulting.
• 3+ years of experience managing and coaching teams.
• Expert-level program management capabilities, including road-mapping, dependency management, and risk governance.
• Deep understanding of markets, the trade lifecycle (EMS, OMS, PMS), and hedge-fund operating models.
• Outstanding communication and influencing abilities for presenting to executive-level stakeholders.

• Advanced data literacy and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Hands-on experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKR) frameworks.
• Familiarity with applying AI/ML techniques to streamline workflows and uncover strategic insights.
