Location: Onsite in Mossville, IL; some teams may work out of Irving, TX or Tucson, AZ. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Salary: $128,470 - $208,770

What you will do

• Define, decompose, and manage system-level requirements and interfaces.
• Lead system integration and validation activities to ensure architectural alignment.
• Collaborate across software, hardware, machine, and site teams to implement autonomy solutions.
• Communicate technical risks, trade-offs, and system readiness to stakeholders.
• Document system architecture, design decisions, and success criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading system requirements development in complex, multi-product environments.
• Expertise in defining system architecture, interfaces, and integration strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software product testing.
• Ability to perform technical troubleshooting across hardware, software, and operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with onboard or embedded systems in robotics or autonomy products.
• Experience with field testing and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL).
• Domain expertise with Loaders, Haul Trucks, Dozers, and Shovels.
• Experience with Site Autonomy Platforms.
• Familiarity with the Construction and Mining industry.
