What you will do

• Develop and maintain Government Reference Architectures for autonomy and mission-critical systems.
• Translate operational concepts and mission objectives into architecture views and interface specifications.
• Create and maintain SysML/UML models representing system behavior, workflows, and architectural relationships.
• Define system interfaces and integration approaches to support modular and scalable designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to mature architecture products throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure architecture traceability between operational concepts, requirements, and implementation.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active U.S. national security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or software architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SysML and UML behavioral modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to translate operational concepts into architecture products and interface definitions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in a related technical discipline.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler (MagicDraw/NoMagic).
• Familiarity with Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) principles.
• Knowledge of autonomy, robotics integration, and mission planning.
• Active-duty military experience.
