Location: Office-based in Paris, France or Malmö, Sweden

What you will do

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of Creative Project Managers through coaching and performance guidance.
  • Coordinate workload distribution and establish consistent production workflows and tracking standards.
  • Oversee the execution of creative asset production across static, video, CRM, paid media, and localized content.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Maintain quality standards, brand consistency, and technical compliance of all deliverables.
  • Identify recurring production issues and optimize processes and templates.

Requirements

  • Experience in creative project management, integrated production, or creative operations.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring project management teams.
  • Knowledge of production workflows for digital, video, print, and marketing assets.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Workfront, Airtable, Monday.com, or Asana.
  • English: Professional fluency (C1) required
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Paris or Malmö offices

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French.
