VFX Line Producer (VFX)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week in studio), must be based in London (UK) or Paris (France)

What you will do

• Develop and implement project schedules, tracking workflows across departments to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Oversee Coordinators to organize dailies, meetings, and ensure accurate production notes and follow-ups.
• Maintain the production database (Shotgun) daily with critical project information and status updates.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of client deliveries for all temporary and final assets.
• Manage resources and collaborate closely with the Editorial department on edits.
• Communicate progress and potential bottlenecks proactively to Producers and Supervisors to resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

• Previous experience at Senior VFX Coordinator or Production Manager level.
• In-depth understanding of live-action and CG-based VFX workflows and common file formats/resolutions.
• Proficiency with production database tools such as Shotgun/Shotgrid.
• Basic technical skills in Linux and Avid/editorial workflows.
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London or Paris.
