VFX Line Producer

Location: Paris, France or London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with regular studio attendance required

What you will do

• Create, implement, and manage project schedules, workflows, targets, and deadlines with producers, leads, and supervisors.
• Oversee coordinators and organize dailies, rounds, meetings, notes, and follow-up information.
• Maintain the production database and accurate daily progress summaries based on artists’ work.
• Communicate production information and escalate issues to producers and supervisors for fast resolution.
• Coordinate client deliveries for temporary and final materials, manage edits with Editorial, and support resource planning.
• Help maintain an organized, proactive, solution-oriented production office.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior VFX Coordinator or Production Manager.
• Strong organization, time management, project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of live-action and CG-based VFX workflows, file formats, and resolutions.
• Experience with scheduling and production database tools such as ShotGrid/Shotgun.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, plus basic Linux and Avid/editorial skills.
• Ability to work calmly and confidently in a fast-paced team environment.

• Hybrid working with studio attendance required two or more days per week, depending on location and role.
• Paris contracted hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours from 10:00 to 17:30.
• London core hours: 09:30 to 18:30 or 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.
