What you will do

• Write structured specifications and requirements for frontend, backend, and integration development.
• Break down product ideas into actionable development tickets and drive them to release.
• Manage tasks end-to-end from initial requirement definition through acceptance and production rollout.
• Analyze domain data to validate hypotheses and identify anomalies in reports.
• Participate in incident investigations and analyze discrepancies in system behavior.
• Document system decisions, requirements, and business processes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in product or fintech environments.
• Experience writing structured development requirements and managing tasks in Jira.
• English: B2 or higher required for communication with an international team.
• Russian: Fluent written and verbal communication required.
• Strong data analysis skills and a proactive, structured mindset.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency at any working level.
• Experience in telecom, contact centers, or CRM systems.
• Experience in fintech or handling payment-sensitive data.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and product/quality metrics.
