TL;DR
Salesforce Business Analyst & Administrator (Sales Cloud): Optimize and manage Salesforce environment through business process analysis and declarative configuration with an accent on lead/opportunity management, data quality, and user enablement. Focus on translating stakeholder needs into scalable solutions, building flows/reports/dashboards, and driving adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Location: Hybrid role based in Serbia (Belgrade). Serbian fluency required for local coordination.

What you will do
- Conduct requirements gathering, translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and process maps for Lead, Opportunity, Account Management, and Renewals.
- Configure Salesforce elements like flows, validation/assignment/duplicate rules, page layouts, record types, and permission sets.
- Build and maintain reports/dashboards, manage data hygiene, duplicates, and governance.
- Provide user support, training, enablement materials, and monitor usage to improve adoption.
- Partner with Sales/Marketing/CS Ops, IT, and leadership; manage projects, UAT, releases, and backlog.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in hybrid Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud declarative configuration.
- Experience with user stories, process documentation, acceptance criteria, and building flows (record-triggered, screen, subflows).
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and recommendations; support for Sales/Revenue Ops teams.
- Solid English communication skills; Serbian fluency required.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or App Builder certifications.
- Experience with reporting, forecasting, pipeline KPIs, CPQ, Marketing/Service Cloud.
- Data quality tools (DemandTools, Cloudingo), Agile/Scrum (Jira, Azure DevOps), globally distributed teams.
