What you will do

• Monitor transactions and customer activity to identify fraudulent patterns.
• Conduct risk assessments on new and existing accounts to evaluate potential threats.
• Collaborate with compliance and KYC teams to investigate and escalate complex cases.
• Support the customer service department to ensure swift resolution of fraud cases.
• Analyze fraud trends and propose strategies to enhance prevention procedures.
• Document findings, maintain records, and prepare reports for management and regulators.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, AML, or compliance.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to interpret data and spot anomalies.
• Familiarity with fraud detection systems.
• Ability to handle multiple investigations simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.
