What you will do
- Lead discovery workshops with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to define product capabilities.
- Translate strategic objectives into MVP scope, product roadmaps, and implementation priorities.
- Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows for patient registration, scheduling, and provider matching.
- Own and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring priorities are based on business value and delivery feasibility.
- Analyze integration touchpoints with key systems including Athena, Salesforce, Zocdoc, and Snowflake.
- Partner with Solution Architects to ensure business requirements are correctly reflected in the target architecture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership on enterprise software projects.
- Strong expertise in defining MVP scope, product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience documenting and analyzing complex business processes and workflows.
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings and manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile product development environments.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or telehealth products.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, Athena, Salesforce, or Zocdoc.
- Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and provider credentialing processes.
- Experience with AI-enabled products and workflow automation.
