What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business intelligence and data analytics professionals.
• Develop and execute analytics strategies to provide actionable insights across customer success and software support.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of reporting solutions, dashboards, and self-service analytics platforms.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives through data analysis and automation.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic recommendations and ensure data governance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering executive dashboards and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or SaaS environments.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Relevant certifications in analytics, agile, or project management.
