What you will do

• Define and document end-to-end workflows across booking, fulfillment, and finance operations.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders including business, product, and engineering teams.
• Break down high-level capabilities into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support gap analysis between legacy processes and the target operating model.
• Collaborate with architects to align business requirements with technical solution design.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and assumptions to support effective delivery planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience with process mapping techniques and tools.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements.
• Experience working in integration-heavy environments.
• Excellent communication skills for working across business and technical teams.
• Ability to create clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in travel, TMC, airline, booking, or finance operations.
• Familiarity with GDS, travel APIs, and NDC content models.
• Understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and expense automation processes.
• Background in defining operating models for new products or enterprise onboarding.
