What you will do

• Gather and analyze information on the best tools, pipelines, and methodologies to communicate to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with experts and writers to create learning materials, case studies, and best practice articles.
• Plan and facilitate internal meetings across departments and studios to promote knowledge exchange.
• Capture and organize knowledge through video recordings, meeting minutes, and shared materials.
• Develop innovative communication methods to maximize the utilization of shared knowledge.
• Promote community activities and success stories via newsletters and the company intranet.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in training, communication, or community management.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong passion for the gaming industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and writing skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
