Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI): Building and deploying production-grade autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and LLM-powered enterprise applications with an accent on agent orchestration, tool integration, cloud deployment, and workflow evaluation. Focus on designing reusable agent architectures, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, and building reliable long-running AI workflows with monitoring, recovery, and MLOps practices.
Location: 100% remote for Europe-based candidates in Poland, Czechia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, or France; EU work authorization required

What you will do
- Architect and build production-grade autonomous AI agents and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Develop reusable agent patterns and technical standards across multiple engineering squads.
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, proprietary tools, and enterprise systems using reliable tool-calling and structured-output workflows.
- Design prompt strategies, context management, memory, agent state, and resilient long-running workflows.
- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and evaluation frameworks for agent behavior and model outputs.
- Deploy secure and scalable AI systems on public cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS, using MLOps/AIOps practices.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional software, data, or AI engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Python.
- Professional experience designing LLM-powered or agentic AI applications and integrating enterprise AI patterns such as MCP, A2A, structured outputs, tool calling, or skills-based architectures.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or comparable technologies.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on public cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and applying MLOps/AIOps practices.
- Fluent professional English and authorization to work in the EU are required.
