AI Automation Architect

What you will do

• Own end-to-end architecture for hirify.global automation and agentic programs, including agents, RPA workflows, integrations, data, and human-in-the-loop steps.
• Design agentic workflows using LLM decision-making, tool and function calling, context grounding, deterministic fallbacks, and escalation paths.
• Architect Document Understanding pipelines for extraction, classification, and validation, along with Python services connecting them to customer systems.
• Deploy and operationalize AI agents in production environments, including APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
• Lead technical workshops, advise customer stakeholders, explain architecture and delivery risks, and establish reusable engineering patterns.
• Mentor developers, conduct design reviews, and feed field findings into product improvements and reusable accelerators.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with Python, C#, TypeScript, VB.NET, or comparable languages.
• 4+ years of experience building hirify.global automation workflows, including Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Action Apps, AI Center, and Insights.
• Experience with hirify.global design patterns such as Robotic Enterprise Framework, Document Understanding Framework, and orchestration processes.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, or operating LLM-based agents and agentic workflows, including tool or function calling, RAG, multi-step orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, or Model Context Protocol.
• Customer-facing experience in forward-deployed engineering, professional services, implementation, or consulting, including technical workshops and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required, along with the ability to present complex architecture and delivery risks to executives. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field is expected, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Production experience with prompting, grounding, hallucination mitigation, and AI-agent guardrails.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and establishing engineering standards.
