TL;DR
AI Engineer (Azure/Generative AI): Designing and delivering AI-powered solutions, intelligent assistants, RAG architectures, and automation workflows using Microsoft Azure and large language models with an accent on multimodal AI, document understanding, and enterprise knowledge retrieval. Focus on integrating AI with business applications, evaluating and monitoring production systems, and building agentic solutions for complex business requirements.
Location: Poland; remote work; valid visa for Poland required

What you will do
- Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services and large language models.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures using enterprise knowledge sources.
- Develop AI assistants, copilots, intelligent automation workflows, and agentic AI solutions.
- Create document understanding, information extraction, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities with business applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Support deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI applications.
Requirements
- Experience in AI, data engineering, software development, or a related technical field.
- Strong Python programming skills and an understanding of Generative AI and large language models.
- Experience building AI-powered applications such as chatbots, assistants, computer vision, speech, multimodal, automation, or agent-based systems.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Speech Services.
- Understanding of APIs, data processing, system integrations, AI application architecture, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and Responsible AI.
- Fluent Polish and English required.
