Location: Must be based in the U.S. with the ability to operate between GMT-4 and GMT-7 timezones. Optional office presence available in New York.

What you will do

  • Set go-to-market strategy, quotas, and territory design for U.S. commercial accounts.
  • Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Corporate Account Executives.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast revenue, and optimize conversion metrics.
  • Develop sales playbooks and objection frameworks tailored to voice AI and conversational solutions.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to align messaging and expansion motions.
  • Lead strategic deals personally to set the standard for the sales organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience as a top performer.
  • 2+ years of prior sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of scaling AE teams and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics, funnel optimization, and process best practices.
  • Experience selling technical, AI, or API solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the U.S. and able to work within GMT-4 to GMT-7 timezones.
