Location: Remote (Must be based in the United Kingdom to focus on UK&I accounts)

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Mid-market accounts across UK&I.
- Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to engage key decision-makers, including founders, CEOs, and CFOs.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience and refine the ICP.
- Contribute to the development of sales processes, playbooks, and revenue initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and detailed records using CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SMB sales with a track record of exceeding goals.
- Ability to produce results in fast-paced, highly ambiguous scale-up environments.
- Strong strategic negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals.
- Consultative selling approach to identify customer challenges and present innovative solutions.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on improving existing processes and best practices.
