What you will do

  • Manage relationships with key strategic partner accounts as a trusted commercial contact.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, product adoption, and joint commercial initiatives.
  • Support partner onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the platform and services.
  • Monitor partner performance and recommend improvements to maximize engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve blockers.
  • Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, and strategic account planning.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development.
  • Experience working within fintech, crypto, financial services, or technology.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, self-sufficient approach to managing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in London, United Kingdom

  • Payments industry experience.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, scaling business.
