Sales Representative, Consumer Replacement, Türkiye Northwest (Automotive)

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye, with a hybrid work arrangement; regional responsibility includes Istanbul Anatolia, Kocaeli, Sakarya, and Bursa.

What you will do

• Build collaborative relationships with existing dealers and support their development.
• Identify and onboard new dealers across consumer and commercial segments while managing inactive partnerships.
• Maintain regular contact with dealers across the assigned region.
• Monitor dealer performance, provide feedback, and deliver training for sales teams.
• Track market trends, competitors, local sales initiatives, and marketing activities, sharing insights with the team.
• Communicate and support the implementation of marketing and trade marketing activities while contributing to sales and market-share goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration or engineering.
• Preferably 3–7 years of sales experience in a related industry.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Clear and empathetic written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Turkish and English and a valid B-type driver’s license.
