Location: Worldwide / Remote. Relocation support is available to hubs in Cyprus, Serbia, Spain, or Georgia.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a stream of iOS engineers, including tech leads and staff engineers.
• Own the iOS engineering strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap.
• Establish engineering standards, development practices, and quality processes for the team.
• Improve engineering productivity through automation, tooling, and CI/CD.
• Partner with product and design to balance technical investments with business goals.
• Remain hands-on by participating in code reviews, technical design, and complex problem-solving.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading iOS engineering teams and managing other leads.
• Strong hands-on background in iOS development and software architecture.
• Experience building or scaling an iOS team in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong delivery and execution mindset combined with strategic thinking.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
