What you will do

• Respond to enquiries from clients, agents, and underwriters via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process new business transactions, renewals, and cancellations.
• Handle driver and criteria referrals and process mid-term adjustments (MTAs).
• Validate risks daily using SchemeServe and maintain diary records to prevent misrepresentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
• Applicants on Graduate or Post-Study Work visas must have at least one year remaining.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of criminal record and insolvency checks required.
