TL;DR
Commercial Lead (Energy/SaaS): Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for residential energy flexibility solutions across Europe with an accent on market development and building a repeatable commercial motion. Focus on identifying high-value opportunities at energy retailers, leading executive-level conversations, and shaping the overall commercial strategy.
Location: Remote (Nordics or Western Europe). Monthly travel is expected for conferences and customer visits.
Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 (Total On Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Build the commercial motion, including qualification frameworks, proposals, and pricing inputs.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders at energy retailers across the Nordics, Germany, France, Benelux, and the UK.
- Lead executive-level conversations with senior buyer and technical audiences.
- Shape the overall go-to-market strategy for the European expansion.
- Monitor policy, regulation, and competitor moves to provide strategic intelligence.
- Actively prospect via conferences, direct outreach, and network development.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B or enterprise commercial roles (Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Accounts).
- Experience selling SaaS or technology into complex, regulated buying environments.
- Ability to build sales processes and create professional proposals and presentations independently.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and commercial audiences.
- English proficiency required.
- Must be based in the Nordics or Western Europe.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with energy markets, demand flexibility, or distributed energy resources.
- An existing network among energy retailers in the Nordics, Germany, or the UK.
- Experience contributing to pricing, packaging, or market positioning decisions.
