What you will do
- Identify and validate new advertiser verticals and revenue opportunities with significant budgets.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market opportunities into technical requirements.
- Lead hands-on campaign optimization in coordination with analysts and media buyers.
- Track competitor and adjacent-player activity in the DSP space to react quickly to market shifts.
- Maintain a tight communication loop with UA leadership to align priorities and feasibility.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the Head of Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in mobile UA, performance marketing, or programmatic advertising.
- Deep familiarity with UA and mobile ad tech dynamics, including DSPs and CPI networks.
- Ability to balance relationship management (40%) with highly analytical execution (60%).
- Strong bias to action and comfort making decisions with incomplete top-down clarity.
- Advanced Business English (C1) proficiency in writing and speaking.
- Must be willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.

- Direct experience at a full-stack ad tech company (exchange, mediation, and DSP).
