What you will do

  • Identify and validate new advertiser verticals and revenue opportunities with significant budgets.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market opportunities into technical requirements.
  • Lead hands-on campaign optimization in coordination with analysts and media buyers.
  • Track competitor and adjacent-player activity in the DSP space to react quickly to market shifts.
  • Maintain a tight communication loop with UA leadership to align priorities and feasibility.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the Head of Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in mobile UA, performance marketing, or programmatic advertising.
  • Deep familiarity with UA and mobile ad tech dynamics, including DSPs and CPI networks.
  • Ability to balance relationship management (40%) with highly analytical execution (60%).
  • Strong bias to action and comfort making decisions with incomplete top-down clarity.
  • Advanced Business English (C1) proficiency in writing and speaking.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience at a full-stack ad tech company (exchange, mediation, and DSP).
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing new advertiser verticals ahead of competitors.
